They were easy to schedule with, got a quote over the phone and came out when I asked (which was only a couple of days notice). The team showed up on time, were friendly, courteous, efficient and even cleaned up - which I was not expecting. They even helped disconnect a gas line from a stove that I didn’t have the strength to do. Don’t use those other companies - use Junk Bunkers, a local, family-owned business. You won’t regret it. Had Junk Bunkers come remove some old fence sections and cemented posts. They were so nice and knowledgeable. Work was done quickly and removed all of the materials. VERY reasonably priced as well. Showed up on time and job was completed incredibly fast! Definitely a 5 star review from us!

Junk Bunker was AWESOME! I called yesterday to have a sofa and loveseat removed and they were able to do it this morning. They worked with my schedule which was really appreciated! And the sofa that I thought might give them trouble due to its size and narrow stairs and turns was no trouble AT ALL! They were in and out in less than 10 minutes! I highly recommend Junk Bunker!

Absolutely incredible company to work with!! Efficiency was the key, this was a seamless transaction. My sisters and I hired Junk Bunker to clear out our Dad's house before we put it on the market. There was quite a lot of furniture and miscellaneous stuff that had to go. Melody in the office was very accommodating while scheduling us, as we had to change dates a couple of times. Kyle and his partner came promptly on the clean out date. They were professional, personable, and very hard working. They got every last item out of the house, which was a big relief for my sisters and I. We were very happy with the job that JunkBunker did when cleaning out our house after an estate sale. They were so easy to work with and they did everything that they promised. Kyle used good common sense by leaving house plans, manuals, door screens, paint cans, etc. in the house. We were not in the state to supervise and they locked up and set the alarm when they were finished. I would use them again.

Kyle and crew are awesome! I was very short on time to remove a very large sectional and ottoman before the new one came in the next day. I called and Junk Bunker made it happen! From the start, a very kind customer service rep answered the phone, I told her my dilemma, she called Kyle to see if it was possible, called me back in a matter of minutes and said yes it was. Following a downsizing estate sale (and at the referral of A Rosey Glow Estate Sale) we had Junk Bunker come clean our home of the remaining items. Kyle and his team were excellent. They were responsive and a pleasure to work with. No damage was done to our property when they hauled out the remaining furniture and items. We only paid for the portion of the dumpster we filled. They are firm believers in keeping as much out of landfill as possible, so they donated as much as they could. I highly recommend Kyle and Junk Bunker.

I was honestly shocked at where they stood price wise. Add to that the friendly atmosphere, the way they handled all shapes and sized items. Had 10 big bulky items needing to be taken away. They got here, and in less then 20 minutes loaded up and that was that. Will definitely be booking again before the year is up for a second round. Highly recommend these guys.

Just had my first experience with these guys for my elderly parents and what pure professionals they are!Very Cost effective, they remove and pack the truck dumpster fully and on a comparative scale, this company and their services have about 5 more cubic yard space (estimated by me) then the others companies at a cheaper rate.I actually showed up not really knowing what was going on and realized how great this service was and the interactions with my parents who were removing items left by tenants.I have done a ton of business in about a 60 mile radius of Frankfort IL and will full recommend these guys if you have elderly parents, tenants, contractors or just need to clean up and purge an area of junk, a garage, a house, estate or rental property.Can't say enough good things about the experience we had so please spread the word for this locally family owned business.Please give them a call!

Kyle and his co-workers remained in contact as necessary, came out a day early with my approval, and removed a 50 year old rotten deck surrounding my in-ground pool and abutting a garage and 2 fences. They did so spilling zero debris in the pool and with no damage to plumbing or electric. They were hard working, thorough, and willing to take on extra tasks for discovered issues that inevitably appear when working with old structures. I would recommend them to anyone. Their price was unbeatable for the quality of work they did.

It was a pleasure to work with Kyle and his team. Everyone at Junk Bunker was professional and courteous (no Hunks). We started with moving a few boxes, then tearing out walls, carpet, and tile.
